Our main activity is the aluminium refinery, which consists of manufacturing secondary aluminium alloys, named like this because they are produced from the recycling of Aluminium Scrap in replacement of the pure or primary aluminium.
90% of the raw material used in our production is aluminium scrap from different areas. We use scrap from the automobile industry, as well as other sectors that classify and process their metallic scrap (sheets, profiles, containers, turnings) to be used as raw material in our alloys. This makes us the principal recyclers of the market, generating an important chain of value with social and ambiental incidence.
Currently we process more than 1500 tns. of scrap monthly

Nº 1 Al Scrap
Shall cotain. Clean sheet, used extrusions with few grafts and pipes without paint. Clean aerosol containers (without caps)
Free of. Painted sheets, coated, or with protective lacquers. 7000 series aluminium, aluminium foil, venetian blinds, households, radiators, painted aluminium containers, plastics, etc. Shall be free of iron, dirt, grease and/or oil or other foreign substance.
Observations. Size. Min.: 4 cm2; Max.: 1 m2. Bulk material without bag or baled
Nº 2 Al Scrap
Shall contain. Painted sheets in one or both sides. Aerosols, households, pots. kettles, oven containers, trays, etc. Vehicle grids, general aluminium containers.
Free of. Series 7000 aluminium, aluminium foil, cast parts, turnings, radiators, bottle caps. Free of iron, lead, dirt, plastics, grease and/or oil or other foreign substance.
Observations. Size. Min.: 4 cm2; Max.: 1 m2. Bulk material without bag or baled
Clean mixed old alloy sheet aluminium (Taint Tabor)
Shall contain. Mix of First and Second.
Free of. Coated sheets, or with protective lacquers. Series 7000 aluminium, foil, dairy, venetian blinds, radiators, cast parts, turnings, bottle caps, etc. Free of iron, dirt, plastics, grease and/or oil or other foreign substance.

New aluminium foil
Shall contain. Pure aluminium foil.
Free of. Chaff, hydraulically briquetted material, additives, paint, lacquer.
Observations. Bulk material or flattened. Without bags.
New coated aluminium foil
Shall contain. New aluminium laminated with ink in one side, and thicker.
Free of. Chaff, hydraulically briquetted material, paper additives, plastics.
Observations. Ex.: yogourt covers. Bulk material or flattened. Without bags.
New pure aluminium wire and cable
Shall contain. Clean aluminium roll wire or fragmented tied wire of 1 m. maximum long without tangles.
Free of. Steel core, morsetería insulation, iron, dirt, grease and/or oil or other foreign substance.
Observations. Tangled cable is received as second class material.
New production aluminium extrusions
Shall contain. New extrusions
Free of. Extrusions with additives of any kind. Dirt, grease and/or oil or other foreign substance.
Observations. Size: 1 m. max. Bulk material or baled.
Aluminium extrusions “10/10”
Shall contain. Used clean extrusion.
Free of. Extrusions with additives of any kind. Dirt, grease and/or oil or other foreign substance.
Observations. Size: 1 m. max. Bulk material or baled.
Aluminium sheet
Shall contain. New sheet or sheet cuts.
Free of. Painted, coated sheets with protective lacquers.
Observations. Size: 1 m. max. in every direction. Bulk material or baled.
Used beverage cans
Shall contain. Only beverage cans.
Free of. Beverage cans with liquid inside, plastic cans and other plastics, glass,lead, wood, dirt, grease, trash, and other foreign substances
Observations. Bulk material without bag. Baled and/or briquetted.
Tense mixed aluminium castings
Shall contain. Clean castings. Oil and grase not to total more than 2%.
Free of. Cupper pieces, tin alloys, zamac, antimony, stainless steel, lead or other foreign material. Free of excessively corroded pieces, dirt, rubber or plastic. The presence of free liquid, oil and/or grease is not acceptable (1).
Observations. Size: Min.: 25 x 25 mm – Max.: 500 x 500 mm – Weight 70 kg. max. – Others: free Zn: 1% max. Fe and steel as adherences: 1% max. – Rubber and plasctics as adherences: 1% max. Bulk material.
Segregated new aluminium castings
Shall contain. Material from the injection or casting of pieces. Oil and grase not to total more than 0.5%.
Free of. Corroded pieces, iron, inserts.
Observations. Bulk material
Teens. Segregated aluminium turnings
Shall contain. Clean, dry and uncorroded turning
Free of. Iron, dirt, plastics, bags, cloth or mixture with zamac turnings, magnesium or stainless steel wich may affect the product quality. The presence of free liquid and soluble oil is only acceptable in levels lower that the limits stablished by the Secretary of Environment of Córdoba.
Observations. Bulk material or in bags.
Slag
Observations. Should be sold subject to sample or analysis.
Remelting scrap ingots
Observations. Should be sold subject to sample or analysis.
Radiators
Shall contain. Clean aluminium radiators with copper or aluminium tubing.
Free of. Iron, plastic or bronze laterals, base or upper part. Excess of dirt or other foreign substance. Liquid inside the tubing. Oil and/or grease. (1)
Aircraft sheet aluminium
Shall contain. Aluminium scrap from aircraft decommissioning. Clean sheets and extrusions of alloys series 2000 – 5000 – 7000.
Free of. Plastic, iron and stainless steel adhesions.
Observations. Should be sold subject to sample or analysis.
Clean aluminium pistons
Shall contain. Clean aluminium pistons. Oil and grease not to exceed 2%
Free of. Bushings, bolts, iron rings, dirt or other foreign substance.
Observations. Bulk material.
Aluminium auto castings
Shall contain. New material. Oil and grease not to exceed 0.5%.
Free of. Corroded pieces, iron and inserts. Presence of liquid.
Observations. Bulk material.
(1) Hold a piece with oil in the hand and it shall not spill or leak liquid. (2) The limit stablished by the Secretary of Environment of Córdoba is that the liquid contained in a sample of 100 gr of turnings shall not pass through a cone of mesh N°60
Aleantes
Alloys: The main alloys of aluminium are Silicon (Si), Copper (Cu), Magnesium (Mg), Manganese (Mn), Titanium (Ti), Nickel (Ni), which are added in our fournaces in order to achieve the specific alloy for each use.
